The Guardian Program is a Majka Earth initiative designed to awaken the sacred protector and nurturer that lives within all of us.
Guardians are those who walk with intention, protect what is sacred, and serve as anchors of truth, compassion, and embodied leadership in their communities.

We are entering a new era of collective evolution…
One that calls for balance, wholeness, and integrity. The Guardian Program was created to support facilitators, teachers and community leaders in working with Majka Earth Psilocybin and herbal medicines.
Receiving guidance and support in ways to be a space holder, a pillar for plant medicine and entrepreneurs in this field.
Through shared spaces of healing, ceremony, and grounded practice, participants are invited to:

Why Majka Earth?
Majka Earth exists as a sanctuary for remembrance, a return to the intelligence of the body, the cycles of the Earth, and the sacred union of masculine and feminine energies.
The Guardian Program is one expression of this mission: to awaken individuals into their sacred responsibility as keepers of harmony within self, relationships, and the collective.
Participants receive direct guidance and support from Elmira, a trusted leader in plant-based healing communities. She brings over seven years of experience in ceremonial facilitation and space holding, plant medicine guidance, Reiki and sound healing, and mentoring heart-led, conscious businesses through a values-driven, divine feminine approach.
